Return Form
Unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened bottles are eligible only if the scent is faulty or not as described.
How to start a return
1. Message us on WhatsApp at 0334 076 8638 with your order number.
2. Include a short note on the reason and a photo if the issue is visible.
3. We arrange pickup or share a drop-off address, and process the refund once the bottle is received.
Refund timing
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving the return. Bank-transfer orders are refunded to the same account.
